Let’s start with her name Vanessa Garcia we would like to let you know her full name which is Vanessa M. Garcia Vega. She was born in a country that is not that well-known all over the world, but she is well-known in field of swimming in her country. She was born in Puerto Rico. She was born on the 18th of July in 1984 in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. Her main focus is on sports, mainly in swimming.
She has won four gold and one silver and also one bronze medal in swimming in the Olympics. She won her first gold in her first competition, which was in 2006 actually she won two gold medals in her first competition in 2006 which was a Colombian competition in Cartagena. She won two gold in 50 meters and another in a 100-meter competition. Then Vanessa won a Silver medal in Pam American swimming competitions in 2007 And then After that in the same competition, she won a bronze medal in the same year 2007. Then, Vanessa participated in another swimming competition in 2010 in Puerto Rico, and she won two gold medals, one in 50-meter swimming and another in 100-meter swimming.
Vanessa participated in an Olympic swimming competition for the first time at the age of 20 years in 2004, and then she participated in the 2008 Olympics then in the 2012 Olympics then she participated in the 2016 Olympics for last time in swimming.
